Time2Frames - It is meant to be used with Locutus's MicroDVD, and it takes away the need to use VobSnoopy to automatically get the starting frame for each of the chapters.
On most DVDs VOBSnoopy gives me the wrong starting frame for the chapters, and I thought that others might have the same problem.
Anyways, this simple program I made i used by starting your DVD player and setting it on pause. Then skip one chapter ahead and note the time it starts at. Then you do that for all chapters and you enter these times into my program which writes a text-files in MicroDVD's format with the starting frames of all chapters. MUCH easier then taking each chapter manually with a calculator!
