It is a small program that allows you to launch video files with your own settings using BSplayer.
Its main purpose is to autoplay video files when you insert a cd/dvd-r into your drive. The best way
to do this, is by using the top gun of BSplayer: ini/bsi files. The launcher comes along with its maker, which
can build ini/bsi files for you.
