Allows you to create Chapter entries in an MicroDVD INI file - set chapter breaks at set intervals (in minutes).

Select the time in minutes for you're
chapters, and this little prog with create a text file on You're C: Drive so
you can paste it to the MicroDVD INI file. I created this as I was having
trouble with the MicroDVD editor locking-up and I wasn't to fussed about the
chapters being spot on, so this was just a quick way to get around my Divx
films'
